Record Local Atmospheric Observations and Conditions

MGS Logo Registered participants in the MGS Radio Science Team Education Outreach Program may use this form to upload their own local atmospheric measurements and weather conditions to the outreach program database at Stanford University.

Enter your school ID (for example: CA0001) and password, and select the week for which you would like to upload your observations and the approximate time of your daily observations. Then, for each day that you have data or conditions to report, enter your local temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, your surface pressure in millibars, your relative humidity in percent, and select the weather conditions which best describe your weather at the time of your observation. You should report the actual surface pressure at your location, and not the estimated pressure at sea level. Leave any items blank if you have no measurement to report. When you are ready to submit your observations, click on the Do It! button near the bottom of this page. You may clear the form at any time by clicking on the Clear Form button.

If you are having problems using this form to upload your observations to the MGS Radio Science Team education outreach program Web server, please contact joe@nova.stanford.edu.

Only registered participants in the MGS RST education outreach program may store their atmospheric observations in the program database. More information about the program is available here. If you are a teacher and are interested in registering for this program, contact joe@nova.stanford.edu.
