Brief Biography: The speaker has held a number of academic and governmental positions. He is currently president of the Washington D.C.-based Science & Environmental Policy Project; Professor Emeritus of Environmental Sciences, University of Virginia; distinguished research professor, George Mason University; former director of the US Weather Satellite Service. 3. Would global warming cause sea-levels to rise or fall?

4. Is ocean fertilization more cost-effective than the control of CO2 emissions?
