The faculty of STARLab includes one Fellow of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and of the Royal Astronomical Society, one Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, two Members of the National Academy of Sciences, and four Members of the National Academy of Engineering. Thirteen are fellows of professional organizations (e.g. IEEE, AAAS, AGU, APS, OSA, Inst.P.) and many have received prestigious awards. STARLab is also well represented in the International Scientific Radio Union and the International Astronomical Union. Well over a thousand technical and scientific papers and a dozen books have been published by the faculty and staff of STARLab.
